What I do for clients FOR FREE

  • Build your customized business website

    • Branded with your logo, basic info about your business and services.

    • I register a domain name (website url) that you choose (such as JaybirdEmpire.com)

    • Functionality to automatically handle:

      • Scheduling (booking) and calendar updates

      • Payments

      • Automated, customized messaging (texts, emails, posts with confirmation of details and even custom generated graphics)

    • You own your website and I teach you how to make changes to your services, prices, etc.

      • We can add custom features such as gift certificates, travel radius, pricing based on day of week, etc.

      • If you’re working with an exclusive customer base, we can set up a customer login portal to book services.

  • I pay to host your website so it costs you nothing up front and nothing going forward.

  • If needed, I help you set up your business, step-by-step.  This includes such things as filing for your LLC, setting up banking and accounting, creating logo, branding, QR codes, business cards, pricing models, legal disclaimers, and ongoing advice.

 

How does Jaybird Empire make money?

  • I charge a small percentage fee each time a payment is processed through your website.  I don’t tell you what your prices should be and I only make money when you make money.

  • I do not own any part of your company and I am not considered a partner, employee or contractor.  I am a vendor and you can deduct my fee as a business expense.

 

Why I started Jaybird Empire

  As a lifelong working musician, I know how hard it is to book shows and what a manual process it is to contact a venue, schedule a show, and actually get paid in a timely manner.

 

  As an IT developer with over 30 years experience in Financial Technology Development, I know how to build elegant, world-class solutions for businesses.

 

  My experience led me to found Jaybird Empire LLC in 2026 - a company focused on building customized portals to solve for business needs using entirely automated systems.

 

  My goal is always - NO FRICTION.  You and your clients will have fully automated booking and payment experiences similar to booking a hotel or flight, or ordering food online.

 

  I believe that by removing barriers to entry for excellent, passionate small business owners and giving them world-class, customized tools for free, I can foster a win-win scenario for all parties with minimal risk and maximum flexibility.

 

  Similar services can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars because those companies want your money before you even earn it.  I want your success and growth, right out of the gate.  My business model reflects my priorities as a person and I believe long-term planning and personal empowerment are the keys to shared success.
